This is a regular size backpack. It is 13 inches long by 8 inches wide by 17 inches tall. There is an inside section for a laptop or large book and two other sections that each have their own zippered closure. The name or monogram which goes on the front pocket is included in the price. The backpack is made of polyester canvas. These bags last a long time, even when kids abuse them. You can machine wash and air dry if they get too dirty. The Sailboat design is a navy blue with white sailboats and red trim. I love this design. It is great for boys or girls. Although these are great for school, they are also good for travel.
